[What I eat in a day?] Currently on a strict diet for contest prep so I only have one type of carbs. As I don't do carb cycling, this is a diet on a rest day. This is fulfilling and make me stay energetic and mentally clear😌

Meal 1: Cumin flavoured chicken breast + cabbage + oyster mushroom + steamed egg + red & white rice (I skip breakfast when I don't workout during lunch)

Snack in between and after meal 1: 2 pieces of pecan + chocolate brownie ice cream (whey protein powder mix with unsweetened almond milk) + almond butter

Meal 3: beef tenderloin + cumin flavoured and salt and pepper herbs seasoned chicken breasts, cabbage, oyster mushroom with brown rice

Snacks after dinner: chocolate pb ice cream (again same signature recipe as above) + pb + nuts!!!
